- 1 Sauce Pan
Ingredients
- 1 cup Turkey Rib Off-the-bone and chopped
- 16 oz Seasoned Beans Your choice with liquid
- ½ cup Black Beans
- 4 oz Tomato Chipotle mix Diced
- 4 oz Tomato Paste
- 4 oz Diced Tomato
- ½ cup Pepper mix Sauteed onion, mushrooms, peppers, carrots
Instructions
- Remove the meat from the turkey ribs.
- Add the seasoned beans to a medium saucepan.
- Add the black beans.
- Add the pepper mixture.
- Add the tomato chipotle mix and stir. Turn the heat on medium.
- Add the tomato paste and mix well. Stir regularly until hot.
- When you see the mixture start to steam, lower the heat to keep from boiling.
- Cover the saucepan and slow cook for five minutes. Salt to taste. Remove and serve.
