Equipment

  • 1 Sauce Pan

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup Turkey Rib Off-the-bone and chopped
  • 16 oz Seasoned Beans Your choice with liquid
  • ½ cup Black Beans
  • 4 oz Tomato Chipotle mix Diced
  • 4 oz Tomato Paste
  • 4 oz Diced Tomato
  • ½ cup Pepper mix Sauteed onion, mushrooms, peppers, carrots

Instructions
 

  • Remove the meat from the turkey ribs.
  • Add the seasoned beans to a medium saucepan.
  • Add the black beans.
  • Add the pepper mixture.
  • Add the tomato chipotle mix and stir. Turn the heat on medium.
  • Add the tomato paste and mix well. Stir regularly until hot.
  • When you see the mixture start to steam, lower the heat to keep from boiling.
  • Cover the saucepan and slow cook for five minutes. Salt to taste. Remove and serve.
