Po'Richard's Smoked Chicken Noodle Soup
What to do when you have leftover smoked chicken... well, you make chicken noodle soup. This one is not the soup you normally are used to eating, but it is excellent. The chicken was coated with Po'Richard's Original Rub, then smoked. It added an excellent flavor.

Po'Richard's Tater Leek Soup
Warms you up on a cold winter day. Very good served in a sourdough bread bowl. Or you can serve in a regular bowl with oyster cracker or cornbread.

Po'Richard's Smoked Mac & Cheese
This version of my recipe has been around since 2014. I served it in the restaurant, and at events. The only variation to the original recipe is using different cheese combinations. Folks that try it seem to like it a lot, especially when served with barbecue.

Sauteed Pepper Mix
A chopped and sauteed mix of colored bell and sweet peppers, onions, carrots, and mushrooms. Fixed ahead and stored in the frig for later use in salads, fried rice, chili, omelets, etc.
