Here’s How the Pork Steak Nuggets Came About:
I bought some pork steak to smoke. However, when I unwrapped them, I noticed they both had bones in the center. After I removed the bones, they would not roll up and hold together.
So, I cubed them, put them in a frying pan with a little coconut oil, and browned the meat on all sides. I did not cook the pork steak cubes completely since I was going to dredge them in a flour and yellow corn meal mix and deep fry them. I let the meat cook but it’s still slightly red on the inside.
After dredging I deep fried in Canola Oil until golden brown. I served them with Po’Richard’s Original Flavoring Sauce as a dip.
